Abstract

This paper proposes returning to thomistic practic reason to determine justice in common good. To do this, explain the evolution of ius  throughout history. Thus, at the moment, ius would be equivalent to principle of reasonableness. Finally, this is applied to the Social Doctrine of the Church and Canon Law.
