The relationship between right and morality

Abstract

The author analyzes the relationship between right and morality in the context of the research on the essence of right. Starting form certain introductory considerations, he identifies a foundational problem and then delineates from it some thematic lines of argument. He proceeds with the analysis of right on a discoursive plain before turning to extend his research along the focal points of the form, finality and controversy. In the final part of the paper, he presents a line of research of the right as the ipsa res iusta by imerging this conception in the classical meaning of dialectics on an epistemological plain.
